You begin by exploring the industry historically, using interactive timelines that explore the emergence and development of the industry. You then learn to identify the primary types of telecommunications companies and to define critical regulatory and industry terminology. Finally, you explore the characteristics of voice, video, and data networks and discover what "convergence" means.
